Ronnie Purdy is Vice President and Managing Partner of The Market Connection, LLC. Ronnie graduated from Florida State University with a Ronnie Purdy Bachelor of Science degree in finance. Before his time at The Market Connection, Ronnie spent several years as a commercial loan officer and area executive with Centerstate Bank. His experience as a commercial banker has helped develop the foundation necessary to make the transition into commercial real estate appraising seamless, and to become one of the leading business valuators in Central Florida.

These career disciplines have organically led Ronnie to the field of business brokerage. Ronnie is now a team member of Business Brokers of Central Florida, owned and operated by Paul McNally. Ronnie has been working closely with buyers and sellers of small businesses for over 20 years, providing consultation services, lending opportunities, private placements, as well as appraisal services. Within a market that is constantly shifting, his extensive skills in valuing small businesses provide the client with a timely, accurate, and superior buying/selling experience. As a small business owner with corporate management skills, the experience for buyers and sellers is professional, organized, and seamless. He is a licensed Business Broker, Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
